Extruded Rubber
Letu Automotive extrudes a variety of polymers and produces a wide array of extruded rubber and plastic parts that are used in a number of different industries. Our extrusions meet ASTM and SAE specs, depending the particular application and part.
Letu Automotive is certified to IATF 16949:2016 as a manufacturer of exturded and molded ruber parts. We manufacture extruded rubber and plastic parts out of common polymers EPDM, Nitrile, Silicone, TPE/TPV, PVC and Neoprene.
Letu Automotive, with its in-house tool shop, can develop tooling to produce any rubber and plastic extrusion that can fit our equipment and capabilities. Details of those capabilities are listed below. We can provide finished parts cut to length or provide reels of extruded stock, depending on the customer’s request.
Letu Automotive produces sponge extrusions from EPDM and silicone rubber. These are used as insulation, gaskets, seals, and other applications.
Our extrusions are sold into the construction, automotive, transportation, glass and window, drainage pipe, and outdoor power equipment markets, among others.
